Work becomes easier and more satisfying when we can develop our potentials and complement each other. Often we only see our actions restricted - to our function, our area of responsibility and expertise. We lose sight of the upstream and downstream processes. I am always amazed at the energy and dynamics that suddenly unfold when people do what they are good at and what they are passionate about, when they let themselves be infected by the enthusiasm of others, use their creativity to develop new solutions and experience appreciation for their work.
